Cakes Flavour

 

a. Cupcakes

• Chocolate Mousse Cupcake with dark/milk chocolate ganache filling (Best seller! It is light and very moist cupcake. For chocoholics only! ).
• White Chocolate Cupcake with strawberry jam/blueberry jam filling laced in the vanilla buttercream.
• Oreo White Chocolate Cupcake laced in the vanilla buttercream.

b. Cakes

• Vanilla/Chocolate Sponge Cake. It is light and moist cake with strawberry jam/blueberry jam/ chocolate ganache filling.
• Lapis Surabaya. Three layered cake, made mainly of egg yolk, flour, and butter. The cake has a high, firm texture, and the layers are fastened together with strawberry jam/blueberry jam/ chocolate ganache.
• Chocolate Mud Cake.  The cake is very rich chocolate taste, with a dense texture but moist, and filled with dark chocolate ganache.

Note :

 I use chocolate ganache for frosting the cake before I cover it with rolled fondant.

The Cakes and Cupcakes will only be as good as the quality of the chocolate used. I always use couverture chocolate, which contains a high cocoa butter content. I use good brands, LINDT.
